The exhibition you see here presents an exciting cross-section of contemporary three dimensional work, showcasing the robust community of New Zealand artists working in this diverse genre.

Our vision is to encourage and celebrate the development of fine art on a national level and reward artists who create outstanding work. Arts Whakatāne and exhibition partners Whakatāne District Council are heartened by the increasing uptake of 3D art and contemporary craft as arts disciplines.
