Exhibited for the first time, this is an opportunity to view an important collection of Whakatōhea taonga that embodies a tangible connection to their ancestors and land.

The exhibition also includes Raumoa, a taonga that represents the bridge between Te Whakatōhea and Ngāi Tamanuhiri as represented by Raumoa Balnevis and generously on loan from the Horiwia Te Ihurakau whanau.
