The Molly Morpeth Canaday 3D Award has been established as a biennial event to encourage and recognise the quality of creativity found in the area of three-dimensional applied arts.
Artists are invited to attend a free professional development workshop presented by artist and mentor Deborah Crowe, taking place in the Little Orchard Room, Te Kōputu.

To support the official Arts Revealed book launch and exhibition opening, a number of local artists will open their doors to the public for an exciting Studio Tour.

The Whakatāne Museum houses over 600,000 items in its collections and offers a wide range of resources and services for researchers, students and the public.
Whakatāne Museum and Arts runs an exciting Kaiārahi / Visitor Host programme in the galleries at Te Kōputu a te Whanga a Toi — Whakatāne Library and Exhibition Centre.
The Whakatāne Museum is located in the Eastern Bay of Plenty and serves the Whakatāne District and the Mataatua rohē. The museum operates over two premises.
